Everything starts with a pre-registration: it is the first step, and the only way to reach final registration.
How it works
You do not register in one go. First there is a request, which the team reviews, and then final registration.
The form is further down this page. It costs €50 in processing fees.
That is what the processing fee covers: someone reads your request and either approves it or not.
If your request is accepted, the instructions for final registration are sent to you by email.
Pre-registration is the only way to reach final registration. Without it, there is no other route to take part.
What you pay now
This is a processing fee. It covers the review of your request by the team, and it is not refundable. Paying it is what gives you access to final registration.
What it is not: it does not cover the trip. The price of the journey is a separate cost, detailed on the Prices page.
The form
The form opens right here. By submitting it, you pay the €50 processing fee, which is non-refundable.
Deadline
Registration closes on 30 March 2027, subject to availability — so it may close earlier. Better not to wait for the last week.

As a group
The Forum-Festival is designed to welcome delegations: youth groups, chaplaincies, dioceses. If you lead a group, do not have everyone register one by one — write to us first at contact@wyd2027.org, there is a dedicated channel.
